Equipment

We use the most versatile multi modality imaging system available that offers high quality 2D and 3D radiographs. Some of the key highlights of our imaging system are:

• Selectable field of view ranging from 5 cm X 5 cm to 10 cm X 10 cm
• Panoramic, 3D and cephalometric imaging solutions
• Exposure time as little as Pan: 14 sec , 3D: 12-20 sec , Ceph: 1-3.2 sec
• Superb image quality with resolution ranging from 90µm to 300 µm
• Intelligent dose management to minimize radiation

The 3D images generated by our software and DICOM compliant and all of our        cephalometric images are compliant with third party software.

Radiation protection

We have installed the top of the class safety infrastructure in our centre. Our centre adheres to the guidelines laid down by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB).

Additionally, we also ensure that radiation exposure to our patients is minimized by the optimum use of lead aprons and thyroid collars. Our personnel use TLD badges for monitoring optimum working conditions.
